Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Melt the butter on a water bath (without boiling). Cool and pour sugar, carefully grind the mass. Drive eggs and whisk the mixture with a mixer for 3-4 minutes until a light creamy mass is formed. Add vanilla sugar, add honey and sour cream, whisk until smooth. Sift through the sieve flour with baking powder and mix thoroughly. Wash the flasks, cut into halves and remove the bones.
  2. Fold the vials into a small container, pour starch to them and mix thoroughly. Heat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the baking dish or cover with parchment paper. Put the dough into it and stick the halves of the plums down into the dough, lightly press down. Bake a simple pie with plums about 40 minutes until ready (check for toothpick readiness). Remove the form from the oven and cover with a light dish towel for 5-10 minutes. Cool pie with plums is ready, you can cut it into portions and serve it with tea, coffee or with milk. Bon appetit!
